A leading Oil & Gas contractor in Saudi Arabia is hiring Standby Men to ensure safety during confined space and hot work activities. The role involves monitoring work areas, coordinating emergency responses, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor workers inside confined spaces or hazardous areas.
  • Maintain constant communication with workers and supervisors.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
  • Raise alarms and coordinate emergency responses when required.
  • Keep log records of workers entering and exiting confined spaces.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or refinery projects.
  • Knowledge of HSE procedures and confined space entry standards.
  • Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
  • Physically fit and alert for extended monitoring duties.
