Last Updated 15-Aug-2025

1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and legal standards required of all personnel and partners of NBN International. It applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, candidates, clients, and associated third parties involved in our recruitment, placement, and facility management operations.

2. COMMITMENT TO INTEGRITY

We are dedicated to upholding integrity, professionalism, and fairness. All interactions—whether internal or external—must reflect honesty and respect, fostering trust with candidates, clients, team members, and regulatory authorities.

3. FAIR & TRANSPARENT RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • We prohibit the use of forced or compulsory labour—including child, bonded, or trafficked labour of any kind.

  • All recruitment processes are conducted voluntarily and transparently, without deception or coercion.

  • We expect the same high ethical standards from our associates and partners. Any involvement in exploitative practices is strictly forbidden.

4. OUR STANDARDS & EXPECTATIONS

  • Recruitment must be conducted directly—without sub-agents—with clear communication to candidates.

  • If recruitment is free, it must be explicitly stated both verbally and in writing at every step.

  • The “Free Recruitment” status must be prominently displayed at interview locations and emphasized multiple times.

  • Candidates should be informed of all processes, timelines, and obligations transparently.

5. EQUALITY & NON-DISCRIMINATION

  • Every candidate is assessed based on merit and suitability—regardless of gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, or other protected characteristics.

  • Diversity and inclusion are upheld across all our processes and workplaces.

6. SAFETY & ETHICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • All placements and assignments must ensure safe and lawful working conditions.

  • Candidates must receive clear job descriptions, workplace safety guidance, and the appropriate equipment or orientation, especially for overseas roles.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & ANTI-CORRUPTION

  • All operations must comply with Indian laws including the Emigration Act, 1983, and international labor and human rights norms.

  • Bribery, corruption, and unfair incentives are strictly prohibited. Reports of any such conduct may lead to disciplinary action.

8.HANDLING GRIEVANCES & REPORTING

  • Any violations or concerns—whether about unfair treatment, fraud, or ethics—must be reported confidentially through our grievance system.

  • Reports are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed with corrective action.

9.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • We review this Code regularly to ensure alignment with legal updates and best practices.

  • All stakeholders share the responsibility to uphold these standards and contribute to our culture of compliance and excellence.
