A leading construction and oil & gas company in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced Permit Receivers to ensure safe execution of site activities. The role involves coordinating with supervisors, safety officers, and work crews to obtain and manage work permits in compliance with project and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Obtain, review, and manage work permits for construction and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and safety teams before issuing permits.
  • Verify site conditions and confirm readiness before work begins.
  • Maintain accurate records of all permits and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or technical certification in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Permit Receiver in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safety procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work on active industrial/construction sites.
