A leading international coffee chain in Oman is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join one of its busy branches. The role involves preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean, welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and light food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment, following food safety standards.
  • Restock supplies, update displays, and assist in promoting coffee blends and brewing equipment.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior café or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a busy environment.
  • Flexible schedule with availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
